Specifically, Ovations’ Housekeeping Program includes:
• A housekeeping program that reflects the value of our commitment to our clients.
• An on-site housekeeping supervisor, responsible to direct the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Weekly quality control inspections, conducted by our District Supervisor.
• All ordering of cleaning and paper supplies, special project planning, payment of all invoices, and maintenance of payroll records.
• The development of an annual project calendar that provides preventative, corrective, and restorative cleaning procedures.
• The development of a monthly report of accomplishments, goals and objectives.
• Control of the overall cost of the housekeeping service program.
